Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Our commitment

Vira-AI is committed to making the web welcoming to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the widely recognized standard for accessible digital experiences, and we work to meet the expectations of the ADA and AODA. Accessibility is part of how we design and build, not an afterthought.

Measures we take

To support WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this website, we:

  • Use semantic HTML and a clear, logical heading and landmark structure;
  • Ensure the site is fully operable with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators;
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and its background;
  • Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and icons;
  • Apply ARIA roles and labels where native HTML semantics are not enough;
  • Respect the operating system’s reduced-motion preference, so animations are minimized for visitors who request it;
  • Test with assistive technologies and across screen sizes as part of our process.

The sites we build for clients

Accessibility isn’t just our standard for this website — it’s how we build for every client. We deliver client websites to the same WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard, helping our clients welcome more visitors and meet their own legal and ethical responsibilities.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some limitations may exist. In particular, third-party content and services that we embed or link to — such as external messaging tools, maps, or analytics — are outside our direct control and may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Where we identify such issues, we work to provide accessible alternatives or to raise them with the relevant provider.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our site, refine our practices, and keep up with evolving standards and assistive technologies. We update this statement as our work continues.
